"Peter Gragnani Your Local Real Estate Expert, Specializing in West Hollywood, California"
Peter Gragnani: Peter was born and raised in Parsippany, NJ, and moved to Los Angeles in 1999. His first choice of work was not in real estate but for some reason or another he ended up as an agent and has loved it ever since. "There is something about finding or selling a home for a person,” explained Peter, "it's such a stressful process if it is not handled correctly, it either ends up as a symphony or a garage band."
Before the move to Los Angeles, he went to school in Williamsport, PA at Lycoming College, a small liberal arts school. He gradated with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. After pursuing the field for a year or two, he knew it was not for him. Peter then went on to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He graduated on the dean's list and landed a job in Manhattan as a line cook at Patroon and Butterfield 81. "I was the guy who was thrown off the grill and was told to make risotto and scallops, you know, the appetizer guy!" After working in the city for about two years, the chef life was not the answer either. Peter then picked up and drove across the country with his father, making their way to LA.
